Teledyne RDI Announces the Release of Section-by-Section (SxS)
Pro Data Acquisition and Processing Software Package
Section-by-Section (SxS) Pro is a stationary ADCP discharge data collection and processing program that operates with Teledyne RD Instruments Rio Grande, StreamPro, and RiverRay ADCP models. This enhanced program creates a measurement file, sends commands to the ADCP, lets the user collect data, visually displays the data, post-processes the data, and generates reports.
Teledyne RDI's new SxS Pro enhancements include:
- Ease of use
- Ability to insert sections
- Ability to insert/create manual sections
- Ability to pre-fill Agency data
- Ability to continue a measurement after the program has been restarted
For those customers requiring data play back only, SxS Pro is available free of charge. For customers who wish to collect data using SxS Pro and enjoy the full benefits of this package, a paid registration code is required. The cost to purchase the full version of SxS Pro is $1,495 for new users; or $500 as an upgrade for existing SxS customers.

SxS Pro runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7, and requires NET 3.5 framework to be installed on your computer. If required, you will be prompted to install .NET 3.5 prior to installing SxS Pro.
